My first words when I first met Mr. Reyes were "I'm a first time buyer my experience in real estate is very little and I was going to need all the help in understanding the legal aspect of buying a home, he replied "don't worry I will help you get through I will be there for you if you have any questions." At that moment I realize I was in good hands. Through my 3 years in the market looking for a home to buy never heard these kind word from other agents. Michele was chosen to be my agent. The first time she came to see my condo, I knew I was in good hands. I told her I had to completely empty my house. She put me in touch with a resale company who sold just about anything from clothing to furniture. Things went and were sold quickly! She advised me it was time to put it on the market. A professional photographer took perfect shots; showing off the unique features in each room She showed the condo by appointment only. She kept assuring me there was nothing to worry about. She shared several great comments made by interested buyers. Monday morning she showed me the offers and I was elated. She had her pulse on everything. Now that I sold the condo, my plans for Florida fell thru! I was beside myself, but Michele stayed with me and she went overboard to find me a place to go.
